Food Allergy Symptoms, Diagnosis, Treatment and Prevention


Having a food allergy means experiencing nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, itching and skin rashes. This can happen when you take even the most tiny amount of food you are hypersensitive to.

These symptoms can be tolerable for some and somewhat life-threatening for others. This is very bothersome especially when you are eating in a restaurant.
